How long does it take to process an order?
We process and send orders out for delivery within 7 working days.
What are my delivery options?
Please allow 7 working days for delivery. We send our products out to you via Hermes Courier.
Left it until the last minute? Please contact us at email@example.com to see if we can arrange next day delivery for you. We’ll always help out whenever we can.
Do you ship to destinations outside the UK?
Unfortunately not at the moment though we do plan to ship worldwide in the future, so keep checking back for international delivery information.
What is your returns policy?
We produce and package our pregnancy candles with care, however we know that breakages can sometimes happen in transit. If you have received your HYP Candle and your product is damaged, please send an email and pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be in touch about providing you with a replacement or refund.
If you are unhappy with your HYP Candle and would like to return it, you can do so within 14 days as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that this only applies to sales made directly on this website. You will receive your refund within 28 days of the item being returned.
Please note that our pregnancy candles bought via any of our stockists cannot be returned to us. In those circumstances, please contact the store or website directly.
What payment options do you have?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I use my promotional code?
You will have the opportunity to enter any promotional codes just before you checkout. Drop us a line at email@example.com if you’re having any difficulties with a promotional code and we’ll be able to help you out.
